Responsibilities: 工作职责

1. Search for companies and identify suitable candidates by using cold calls and other resources
通过电话、网络等多渠道搜寻项目目标公司及合适的候选人信息。
2. Organize and participate in interviews, prepare meeting schedules for project manager /consultant
组织并参加面试活动,为项目经理准备好相关的会议行程安排
3. Maintain and manage internal and external databank - Draft and format English project reports for the client
整理并维护公司的人才数据库,起草和格式化候选人的英文简历及项目报告
4. Attend business meetings with clients from Germany and other European countries - Support other related human resources projects
陪同来自德国或其他欧洲国家的客户出席相关的商务活动或会议,协助其他人力资源项目等


Requirements: 要求

1. University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English or related field of studies
大学学历,专业涉及工商管理、人力资源管理、英文或其他相关专业
2. Strong communication skills, highly motivated to talk to people by telephone and during a face-to-face meeting
拥有较强的沟通能力,在电话或面对面交流中能体现主动性和积极的态度
3. Good written and oral skills in English is mandatory
较好的英文口头和写作能力
4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
必须熟悉办公软件的应用
