With the opening of our stores in China, you will be the person responsible for the development and growth of our online sales business and increasing brand awareness in the digital channel, focusing on the emerging local marketplaces.
? Manage the INTIMISSIMI, and CALZEDONIA websites with support from the Group E-commerce team based in Italy; maintain, update all content and design/presentation of the websites.
? Design, build and deliver a strategy for e-commerce/online to develop brand awareness.
? Identify and drive opportunities to grow the e-commerce channel, sales and reach more customers.
? Recruit and manage a team to support what it has to become the biggest shop in China (online shops) who will fulfil all elements of the mail order/e-commerce cycle (the team will grow with the online business).
? Be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing digital marketing agency with our communication dept.
? Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, online advertising and social media marketing activity to grow audiences, drive traffic, generate on-line sales, and brand awareness.
? Gather, analyze and share monthly data on digital performance and make key recommendations based on this learning.
? Maintain excellent communication with our Retail Team about what is happening online and maintain alignment with what is happening in our shops.
? Organize an on-line editorial plan of direct email marketing and social media activities with our communication dept. across all the digital proprieties of the brand.
? Study new options for our fulfillment strategy together with the logistics team.
? Negotiate competitive shipping rates.

QUALIFICATIONS
? University degree majored in Marketing/e-Commerce/Computer Science, or related areas
? Minimum 5-10 years’ E-Commerce experience, retail brand is preferred
? Strong understanding of eCommerce operations
? Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing)
? Result driven & detailed oriented
? Excellent analysis, communication and planning skill
? Strong logic thinking with high self-discipline
