In conjunction with our member organisation, Adludio, CBBC is currently looking to recruit a candidate for the following position, which will be based in Shanghai.


Sales Manager – Adludio

Shanghai, China

Package: Competitive salary and benefits package in the range between RMB 25,000 -RMB 32,000, based on matched qualification and experiences

The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated sales person to join a young and fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be someone with a great degree of autonomy who is at home hunting for new business and forging strong client relationships.


Responsibilities:

> Liaise with and communicate with contacts/clients in China, which include direct brands and media agencies

Skills & Qualifications:

> Minimum 3 years’ experience in advertising sales and new business, ideally within mobile or programmatic sales industry

> Strong existing relationships with media agencies. Secondary contacts with direct brands also a plus

> Excellent track record in developing client relationships with media agencies, growing revenue and winning new business

KPI Measurement:

The goal for Adludio is to penetrate the China market and successfully position themselves as a leading partner for brands who are serious about mobile advertising. As a result, the goal will be to get early traction across a wide set of clients (media agencies and direct brands) and run media campaigns before we define clear targets for the market.

The job holders will report administratively to CBBC’s office managers in Shanghai, China, and functionally will report to and be supported by the Head of APAC in Taipei, Taiwan.
