Position: Technical Consultant (Medical Solution Delivery) 技术顾问（医疗集成方案交付）

Location: 广州、深圳、武汉、南昌（4个城市可选）

工作职责：

• 与客户和第三方软件供应商共同商洽，评估客户的业务需求，制定并提供用于项目的系统集成解决方案。

• 对现有集成方案及方案代码进行分类和集中管理，提高代码复用性。

• 以软件架构理论为指导，制定集成团队的编码规范，提高编码质量。

• 监视问题，按飞利浦内部三级提报流程逐级提报问题并提供相应的技术支持。

• 制定人才培训和培养方案并加以落实，以提高集成工程师的职业素养。

• 协助产品经理完成集成方案的开发工作。

岗位要求：

• 学历： 本科或以上，计算机，软件工程师，信息技术相关专业

• 经验：至少5年医疗行业信息管理系统开发、集成经验， 精通EMR/集成平台的开发， 掌握与医疗行业有关的专业知识者优先考虑。譬如熟悉放射科工作流程。
• 能力和技能：
• 具备良好的软件架构思路，可制定系统集成标准。
• 至少精通一种开发工具：C/C++、Java, C#（三年以上经验）
• 能够熟练运用MS SQL Server、Oracle(必须)或Sybase(可选)进行数据库编程（三年以上经验）
• 熟悉网络开发编程语言（asp,asp.net）-必须
• 精通Windows、Solaris（UNIX）操作系统以及网络协议与技术者优先考虑。
• 通晓SOA概念与设计模式、UML、XML、XSLT、COM/DCOM和OOD语言并拥有相关的经验-advantage
• 具备良好的与客户沟通的技能
• 具有很强的主观能动性并且善于学习新的技术
• 良好的英语口语和写作能力（至少通过全国大学英语四级考试， 能英文读写）
• 在对问题的分析诊断和解决程序的后续工作方面显示出敏锐的思维能力
• 主动积极、合作意识强且具备良好的沟通技能（书面和口头）
• 良好的个性品质、能够同其他团队成员打成一片

Location: Guangzhou/Shenzhen/Wuhan/NanChang

In this role, you have the opportunity to

• Work close with our hospital clients and sales, project managers, etc. to design and deliver professional service and system support for hospitals.

You are responsible for

• Discuss with customer & 3rd party software vendor, evaluate customer’s business need, develop and deliver the integration solution for projects.

• Classify and archive the existing integration schemes and codes, in order to improve code reusability.

• Guided with software architecture theory, standardized integrated code coding specifications, improve coding quality.

• Monitor issues, follow Philips’ 3-level escalation Process and provide the technical support

• Develop and execute the scheme on training and developing, on order to improve the competence of integration engineers.

• Assist the PM to finish the implementation projects.

You are a part of

• Healthcare Information System Project Delivery team, with around 20 peers in China.
  

  To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer, Software, IT Related discipline.

• Experience:

  • At least 5 yrs. work experience in healthcare IT industry (HIS/EMR/PACS/RIS) is required.

  • Strong healthcare industry related knowledge is appreciated. Such as DICOM, HL7, PACS , RIS , HIS and IHE.

  • Familiar with Radiology work flow is preferred

• Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge with software architecture designing, be able to build up integration standard(Required)

  • Proficient in at least one develop tools is required: C/C++, Java, C#(More than 3 years’ experience)

  • Proficient in database programming on MS SQL Server(must), Oracle (must) or Sybase(nice to have), (More than 3 years’ experience)

  • Familiar with Web development language (asp,asp.net) is required

  • Experience and excellent understanding of SOA concepts, design patterns, UML, XML,XSLT,COM/DCOM , OOD is preferred

  • Strong knowledge with Windows, Network protocols and technology is appreciated.

  • Highly self- motivated with ability to learn new technologies

  • Good oral and written in English (At least CET4 certificated ,can read and write at least)

  • Good communication skill with customer and a strong team player.

  • Demonstrated acumen on analytical problem diagnostics and solution process follow up
