Job Description

1, Leads the HR team and support of key HR programs and initiatives

Develops and implement HR strategic and tactical goals and structure in line with the overall business strategy. Ensure HR support to cope with changes in the organization

2, Partner with the leadership team to proactively interpret and identify future people-related business needs. Provide regular input on the strategy, objectives, and direction of their business
3,Lead the planning and implementation of the company’s evolving talent-management and performance management processes, ensuring a continuous pipeline of talent through a viable succession-plan and leadership-development process
4,Take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to a firm’s objectives.

任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.At least 12 years HR and administration professional experiences in foreign companies in China.
3..Communicative, problem-solving and results oriented
4.Excellent inter-personal communication skill and able to interact with all levels of management and staff.
5.Strong leadership and coaching skills and good presentation skills
6.Fluent English for working
