Job Description
1. According to the development of the company and business requirements, based on the professional knowledge and personal experience, to communicate and introduce new products.
  • evaluate product claiming, market information to determine the feasibility of new launch
  • collect and analyze the market information and competitive brands based on China's particular market demand, and develop new products according to consumer demand.

2. Develop and grow product categories, and make corresponding product marketing strategy.

Knowledge/Experience/Skill/Competence Required
? Above 8 years marketing experience, strong product categories management skill, new product develop experience and new product launch experience.
? Good understand of FMCG industry, excellent market acuity and control force
? Having experience of Facial care, body care or essential oil are preferred
? University or above, fluent English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) ,good computer Skill:
? Good interpersonal communication ability and the coordinated ability, can adapt to the environment and pressure.
? 8年以上市场经验,丰富的产品规划、新产品开发与上市策划经验。

职位说明
1. 根据公司发展和业务需求,依据专业知识及经验透过与总公司的沟通执行面部护理、身体保养品、精油产品等系列的新产品的开发及引进。
  • 评估总公司产品相关成分及上市可行性分析。
  • 收集分析市场信息及竞争品牌,根据中国特定市场需求,开发符合消费者需求的产品。
  • 负责产品成本控制、定价;市场资讯收集,明确产品定位。
  • 产品培训材料、产品知识手册的制作,制定产品沟通宣传计划。
  • 新产品销售分析
2. 已有上市产品系列的管理,并制定相应产品行销策略。
  • 依公司发展要求及产品线的特性,制定、执行产品行销策略,提升品线销售业绩及市场占有率。
  • 产品品线的分析管理,并制定、执行产品行销计划,提高利润率。
  • 分析产品销售状况,并依据销售状况调整行销策略。
3. 支持、配合其他部门
  • 为销售及业务训练解答产品行销相关问题,协助解答内部和外部消费者的产品疑问。
  • 协助处理产品投诉。
支援业务训练活动,协助撰写产品培训相关资料。
4. 其他
