Job Description

The Admin Coordinator is responsible for providing project related assistance for assigned project(s) and project teams with guidance. Will ensure all work is conducted in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices, good clinical practices and applicable regulatory requirements and meets quality and timeline metrics.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Support Project Management Department for monthly meeting and other logistic things.

a) PM Department meeting

b) Project Review Meeting (PRA and non-project)

c) Rainbow Bridge Program

2. Support the PM SOP updating and maintaining, focus on translation organization, format and version

3. Assistant the overall project overview and tracking

a) TMF reconciliation

b) Finance reconciliation

c) Essential documents archival checking, e Training assistant

d) Timeline collection

e) Quality index collection

f) Training completion status

4. Assist New upcoming project management system such as CTMS and eTMF

5. Check the WebEx account using status

6. Calculate the PM hours tracking and remind the timesheet input

7. Help to collect the information if PM department need

Requirements for position:

  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers. ?

  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech. ?

  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time. ?

  • May require limited travel.

  • Good team work

  • Can read English email

  • Know how to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office software
