Main Responsibilities:

1.SAP system main data maintenance

2.Solve the requests& issues with headquarter IT

3.SAP-TS interface of accrual, settlment, and release smoothly without any incident

4.SAP sales master data maintenance: CUDO, SHIP, Prcing System, SKU Exclusion of Placing Order, Planning Group.,etcO55.Owner of the Synergy system, Master Data Maintenance, channel coordinator and trainer

6.Do the manuals, train the inner users and distributors from different channels

7.Synergy system issues solving and users&distributors’ queries answering

8.Synergy master data cleaning and maintenance: main data of distributors, rebates, stores, SKUs, shipment and bonus agreement.,etc

9.TS mornitor and control, Sales expense report

10.System data analysis and reports (distributor inventory/sell in/sell out, ect.)

11.Other SOP work and reports

Qualification:

1.College Graduate

2.Experience at least 5 years in this position

3.Experience in working in an international company (3-5 years)

4.Quick learner

5.Good PC skills (MS Office)

6.Good PPT skills
