Job Description & Summary

1.對美國上市公司查核有興趣參與 SEC / PCAOB / SOX404 之查核工作者，須英文讀寫能力佳。
2.引導團隊完成風險大且複雜之會計/審計議題之查核
2.與主查會計師討論財務或稅務報告、審計風險暨審計策略之制定
3.監督審計小組成員在有限時間內完成審計工作, 並對外溝通審計/會計議題
4.獨立管理與執行審計相關之各項專案
5.開發新客戶、報價及客戶關係維護
