岗位职责
Responsibilities
1、用西班牙语与客户进行电话、邮件、聊天;
2、为我们意大利客户提供查询、运输及包裹快递咨询;
3、处理产品零件的更换、换货及维修;
4、处理客户的具体要求及投诉;
5、协助客户完成订购流程;
6、回答特定产品的客户要求。
1、Customer service via phone, e-mail and chat in spanish language ;
2、Support of our spanish customers from offer enquiry, shipping, and parcel delivery ;
3、Processing requests for replacement parts, exchanges, or repairs ;
4、Handling specific customer requests & complaints ;
5、Assisting customers with the ordering processes;
6、Answering product-specific customer enquires。
任职要求
Qualifications
1、西班牙语专业毕业,有海外留学或工作经验为佳;
2、精通西班牙语读写;
3、了解我们的产品同时对电子商务行业感兴趣;
4、熟练应用办公软件;
5、具有一定的客户支持及客户咨询方面工作经验;
6、具有优秀的客户服务沟通技巧及书写能力。
1、University degree with a major in spanish language,overseas experience preferred.
2、Excellent knowledge of the spanish language in both spoken and written
3、Internet affinity as well as an interest in our product range and in new developments in the area of e-commerce
4、Competent in working with all common office-programs
5、Experienced in customer support and customer advisory service
6、Excellent customer service oriented communication skills, as well as style of writing
