1、确定物料的使用标准，监督物料的合理使用，降低成本、控制成本、创造利润、持续改进

2、对生产和原材料成本计划及实际数据进行核算及分析比较，制定合理的控制成本措施

3、对物料进行市场询价

4、分析物料短缺、呆滞的原因，不断优化库存结构，提出改善方案

任职要求：

1、熟练掌握食品卫生防疫安全知识

2、了解ERP系统，OFFICE操作熟练，对数字较为敏感

3、学习能力较强，善于学习新的供应理念及实践

4、具备良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任心

5、有市场询价经验优先考虑

Family was founded in Shenzhen in 1999, we are professional catering institutes.
