• Works closely with the CFO on monthly reporting and planning (Budget and Forecast) and as well as special projects
• Reporting : Combine reports from different plants for an integrated China group report
• Do basic finance analysis for the reports and give basic explanation for data
• Work closely in headquarters with the local plants and business units for data and reports including communication with local management
• Handles accounting and export tax declaration and refund for trading company
• Support local finance team on demand
  

任职要求：

• Good English – direct supervisor is Group CFO -a foreigner
• 8+ year's experience in finance , experience with plants is a must
• Able to use SAP , SAP FI and CO experience (experience in other modules of advantage)
• Skillful in Excel , able to use PIVOT
• Experience in controlling and export trading company (accounting, tax, etc.) is an advantage
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management, internally and externally
• Ability to take initiative, see the big picture and follow-through on requests until completion
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and some knowledge of Keynotes would be helpful
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
• Strong work ethic, able to manage multiple tasks with the ability of being flexible
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
