Job Description:

• Perform supplier Quality Systems audits and provide support for supplier Quality Systems improvements.
• Continually work with suppliers to improve quality performance, implement process control and proactive quality improvement plans. Lead and coach suppliers to resolve quality issues with 8D tool.
• Lead project management for new part numbers development. To direct supplier for APQP plan and monitor the implementation. To ensure that suppliers can complete development process in various stages, and successfully entered the stage of mass production. To be responsible for PPAP review and approval.
• Support buyers to resolve capacity constraint and technical support for cost analysis.

Requirements:

o Bachelor Degree or above in engineering or relevant, majored in mechanical Engineering is preferred;

o More than 8 years related working experience with at least 3 years SDE or SQE experience in iron or steel foundry industry; Casting engineer experience is preferred.

o Familiar with TS16949/ ISO9001 and/or related quality system;

o Have practical knowledge of APQP and PPAP, Skillful capability of SPC, PPK, CPK, 8D, PFMEA etc.

o Profound knowledge of PC application, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.

o Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, decision making, good coaching and communication skills, can communicate with effective verbal and written in English;

Efficient time management skills and have high working self-consciousness and strong service concepts and team work. Can work under pressure;
