Responsibilities:职责
1.Understand needs and foresee future actions + perform testing. Ensure the correct execution of the technical tasks and project’s activities assigned under the Quality standards defined by the Organization;
了解和预测项目测试需求。在集团质量标准下，确保正确技术任务和项目活动的执行；
2. Related vehicle performance testing and assessment, like coast-down test on test track and roller, drags investigation, energy consumption measurements, fuel consumption, grade-ability;
相关车辆性试验与评估, 如在试验跑道和滚轴进行减速试验，阻力研究，能源消耗计量，燃料消耗测量，爬坡能力；
3. Standard report output for testing/measurements.
出具测试/测量的标准报告。


Requirements:要求
1.Engineering Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automotive, Energy who will be graduate in 2020;
机械、机电一体化、汽车、能源工程学位等相关专业2020年应届生；
3. With skills for taking independent initiative and exhibiting creative problem-solving;
具有独立主动性和创造性解决问题的能力；
4. With eagerness to learn and showing always team-work attitude;
渴望学习并表现出团队合作的态度；
5. MATLAB Simulink & NI Diadem skills will be valued.
具有MATLAB Simulink & NI Diadem操作能力优先。
