KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

核心职责

• Conceptualise and execute stunning and creative designs based on given art direction.

• Lead set environment designs for product launches, corporate events, pop-up experiences and exhibitions.

• Collaborate with design team members to produce creative event designs.

• Works closely with internal team to understand and interpret client’s design requirements and subsequently delivers creative excellence.

• Managing projects from ideation, concept moodboard through preproduction, production to on site final delivery.
  能把控整体活动的创意管理，从构思、概念板到预制作、搭建到最终现场交付。
• Co-ordinate with production team and briefing set vendors during preproduction to ensure design feasibility.
  与制作团队合作，在制作过程中向供应商解释设计制作要点，确保设计的最终实现效果。
• Independently managing workload and deadlines to achieve all the required deadlines and deliverables.
  能独立把控工作量和时间节点，在规定时间内交付设计。
• Required to be onsite during set-up to ensure the production of deliverables are of high quality and accuracy.
• 建现场，确保设计交付物的制作成品具有高质量和准确性。
• Knowledgeable about new technologies and latest innovations within the event industry, and subsequently incorporates them into Freeman event designs to build competitive edge and uniqueness.了解赛事行业内的新技术和最新创新，并随后将其纳入Freeman赛事设计，以建立竞争优势和独特性。

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or diploma in design or related discipline

• Minimun 6 years of experience for an event communication agency

• Creative and artistic presentation skills; the ability to think visually and collaborate with other creative team members

• Has a detailed understanding of production methods, set build and AV.

• Takes creative ownership of designated design projects. High involvement in production process to ensure the creative designs are optimized and properly delivered.

• Exhibit strong teamwork and build strong, productive relationships with Designer colleagues and other departments. Solution focused and service orientated for a positive end result.

• Ability to offer creative advise, share creative knowledge and provide support to fellow designers.
