Job Description
Primary Accountability
负责针对施耐德工业控制与自动化产品的客户开发及维护，完成公司分派的销售指标以及于此相关的其他事务。
Key Responsibilities
负责施耐德工业控制和自动化产品的销售，完成销售指标。
负责收集市场和行业信息并反馈给公司，配合进行竞争对手分析。
遵循公司的销售策略寻找潜在客户资源，开拓新市场，发展新客户，夸大产品销售范围。
负责销售合同的签约，代表公司与客户进行商务谈判并为公司争取和创造***的履约条件，确保客户及时按合同约定进行回款。
发展和维护客户关系，了解并发掘客户的潜在需求，协助订单跟进与售后服务工作等，提高客户满意度。
学习并掌握自动化产品的技术应用和发展趋势，为客户提供产品选型和应用方案的咨询及建议。
Job Requirements
大学专科或以上学历，自动化控制或电气工程专业优先。
3年或以上变频器，传感器，PLC，伺服系统，运动控制等自动化控制产品销售经验，对OEM及SI客户和工业控制与自动化产品的市场和应用有一定了解，有技术背景者优先。
有良好的沟通协调能力与市场开拓能力，热爱销售工作并能承受一定的压力；
乐观上进、敬业爱业、具有团队合作精神、具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力。
