Assistant Function
1. Perform executive secretarial functions to assist the General Manager in various business aspects, including confidential documentation, and preparation of meeting, especially Board of Director meeting.
2. Set up all kinds of documents, letters, meeting minutes, and memorandum according to the requirement of GM.
3. Interpret in meetings and translate business documents.
4. Prepare the monthly, annual reports for GM, and report for BOD and meeting minute of BOD.
5.Arrange appointments, meetings, travel (working with the supplier confirmed by purchasing dept.) and accommodation as specified by the executives.
- Communication function
6. Act as the official external information announcer of the company, prepare and issue the external announcement approved by the GM in proper time.
7. Responsible for arranging the reception of external guests and visiting groups approved by the company.
8.Responsible for the communication work and activity required by shareholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, major in English, Economics or law preferred.
2. At least 2 years experience in foreign investment company, working for foreign General Manager.
3.Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, especially for oral English.
4.Master in Word, Excel, PPT, and Visio.
5.Integrity, mature, good interpersonal relationship.
6. Open-minded and independent, can work under pressure.
