RESPONSIBILITIES 职责

• Responsible for coordinating suppliers and verifying quality standards in accordance with the requirements of the QC department and company.

  根据品质部和公司的要求，负责协调供应商并验证质量标准。

  
  

• Regularly visit vendor facilities and observe their manufacturing environment. Identify technical problems affecting quality and work together with the QA Manager and purchasing department to implement corrective actions and follow up.

  定期参观供应商设施并观察他们的生产环境。识别影响质量的技术问题，并与品质部经理和采购部合作，实施纠正措施并跟进。

• While conducting site visits and reviewing incoming products from vendors, the supplier quality engineer also looks for flaws and issues with quality.

  供应商质量工程师在进行现场参观和审查供应商来料时，也要查找质量缺陷和问题。

• Gives technical guidance and advice to suppliers and decision-makers at suppliers. This guidance can range from advice on process enhancement and packaging used during shipping, to suggestions to overhaul production and manufacturing elements to reduce defect rates.

• Conducts tests and assessments on batches of products to identify recurring errors or quality issues.

• Works together with the Purchasing Department and QC Department to maintain detailed reports related to supplier quality.

  REQUIREMENTS 要求
  
  

• Previous experience in an SQE supervisory capacity.

  有SQE监督能力方面的经验。

• Proficient at Office software like Word, Excel, PPT

  熟练应用办公软件Word, Excel, PPT

  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to serve as liaisons between the company and suppliers and prepare quality assurance reports.

  作为公司与供应商之间的联系人，须具备优秀的书面和口头沟通技能，准备质量保证报告。

• Strong process enhancement and efficiency skills.

  较强的流程提升和效率技能。

• Strong understanding of aluminum production, coating, and anodizing in the sanitary industry.

  对卫浴行业的铝材生产、涂层和阳极氧化有较深的了解。

• Strong understanding of hardware production and packaging materials production in the sanitary industry.

  对卫浴行业的五金生产和包装物料生产有较深的了解。

• Understand basic cost control management.

  对成本控制管理有基本的了解。

• Knowledgeable about manufacturing processes and engineering principles.

• Strong statistical analysis skills, and should be able to rigorously assess and analyze supplier or vendor data along with internal metrics

  较强的数据分析能力，并能严格评估和分析供应商或厂商数据和内部指标。

• Bachelor degree or above

  本科或者本科以上学历

• Good command of English, both in oral and written. CET-6 or above

  良好的英语口语和读写能力, 大学英语六级或者以上

• Familiar with quality tools: Six Sigma, SPC, Cpk, FMEA , etc.

  熟悉质量工具：六西格玛，SPC, CPK, FMEA 等等。
