TheCommunication & Marketing Manager is responsible for improvement oncommunication with internal& external stakeholders and enhance thecompany’s positioning in the open market.沟通&市场部经理负责改进公司内部及外部利益相关方的沟通,同时加强公司在开放市场格局下的精准定位。
岗位职责:
一、People manegerment人事管理
Be responsible for Communication & Marketingdepartment setting up and management, motivate the team and develop theirskills.负责沟通&市场部的团队建设与管理, 激励团队并开发其才能 ;
二、Communication沟通
1、Optimize resources andguarantee all the outside communication following up the company strategy. andmaintain good public relationship with media. 优化资源,确保所有外部沟通与公司既定战略保持一致,维护与媒体等外部沟通媒介的良好公共关系;
2、Promote shareholderscommunication manners and communication medium.促进股东沟通方式和沟通媒介的改进
3、Proactive communicationwith stakeholders for supporting.积极主动的和利益相关者沟通,获得支持
4、Good interactions andgood communication with customers for long term partnership与客户进行良好的互动,培养与客户长期的伙伴关系
5、 Image promotion via goodcommunication with universities, social medias, publicity. Promote and enhancebrand and image to support the long-term growth of the company通过与媒体的沟通,并保持与大学的良好沟通,公众宣传公司形象,以此提升公司品牌形象,以支持公司的长远发展.
6、Effectivecross-department communication and improve the whole company internalcommunication,Responsible forstrengthening the connection and cooperation with other departments;有效跨部门沟通,实现整个公司内部沟通的改进,负责加强与其它各部门的联系和团队合作;
7、 Enable change andsupport change processes with effective communications,and assume responsibility for crisis communications通过有效的沟通,支持和支持公司变更过程,同时负责危机沟通;
三、 Marketing市场
1、Make and implementmarketing promotion activities and public relations activities, like tradeshow,workshop, as well as inhouse events. Establish and improve the company marketinformation and market investigation.制定及实施市场推广活动和公关活动,包括展会,研讨会和公司内部活动,建立健全全公司市场信息和市场调研;
2、Collect and analyzecompetitors ‘service scope, price, technical and combine competitor’s marketingstrategy and competitive method, hold marketing development tendency and participatein the definition of the Sales objectives.收集和分析竞争对手的服务范围、价格、技术,并结合竞争对手市场推广策略、竞争手段,把握市场发展趋势,参与制定销售目标;
3、Collect customers‘comment and response, obtain customers’ requirement and assistant managementmake operation decision 收集顾客的意见和反应, 获得客户需求,协助管理部门制定经营决策;
4、Be responsible topresent and motivate the strategy to face the market evolution, Build theoverall marketing strategy and monitor the market evolution and follow up theaction plan of the Sales department to ensure that the market is taken inaccount and adapt continuously our strategy.负责提出并推动公司战略以适应市场的变化,制定整体市场策略,监控市场变化,跟进销售部门的行动计划以确保市场全盘考虑,并不断适应公司的策略。
Requiremengt任职资格:
一、Bachelordegree, journalism\chemical or marketing related major新闻学、化工类或市场类相关专业本科
二、Experiencein Journalist review or Newspaper有新闻或报纸工作经验;
If possible, in industry in communicationfunction如有可能,在工业行业负责沟通功能;
三、Good PC skill. Familiarly with Microsoft software. 良好的计算机能力,熟悉Microsoft 软件
四、 Have global way of thinking, good innovation andstrain ability, good oral expression ability and external public relationability.具有全局思维方式,创新及应变能力强,具有极强的口头表达能力和对外公关能力
五、 Good analysis skill and 有良好的分析判断能力
六、 Strong sense of ethics强烈的道德意识
