赛加基因的目标是缩短中国跟西方国家在技术上和临床应用上的差距，推动国内癌症基因检测和诊断达到世界一流水平，协助政府相关部门制定出用于指导中国人的癌症风险预测和干预措施的临床指南，协助建立行业内规范和标准。长期目标是做到癌症的早预防、早发现、早诊断、早治疗。在未来以预防为主的医疗体系中，对精准医疗整个行业起到助推作用。

职位：高通量测序临床研究员

Our molecular diagnostics laboratory in Shanghai performs various research projects as well as cancer related clinical molecular diagnostic assays. Our aim is to be one of the country's foremost providers of cancer molecular testing service and a leader in new assay and technology development in molecular diagnostics field.

This position will be involved in performing molecular techniques including DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, Sanger sequencing, next-generation sequencing (NGS) as well as analyzing data and interacting with other laboratory scientists. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a busy and stimulating environment and to learn a range of new techniques and skills as new assays are introduced. Depending on prior experience, opportunities are available to train and supervise other technologists, participate in new assay development in collaboration with our research and development team.

任职资格：

1. 熟悉DNA 和RNA提取，PCR，引物设计；

2. 熟悉一代测序（Sanger sequencing）或二代测序（高通量测序，next generation sequencing, NGS) 实验室操作及数据分析；

3. 具有不断学习新技术的能力，以参与新的检测项目的研发；

4. 如果可能，具有培训和管理指导其他实验室技师的能力；

5. 硕士或博士研究生（优选）毕业（专业为遗传，生物学，分子生物学，生化等相关领域）及两年临床实验室（优选）或科研实验室一代或二代测序工作经验。特别优秀的本科毕业生也可以破格考虑 。

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor‘s Degree with a major in genetics, biology, biochemistry, or related areas plus two year clinical molecular laboratory (preferred) or molecular research experience；

Preferred Qualifications: Master degree （or above） with clinical molecular laboratory experience or molecular research experience，and previous experience in Sanger sequencing and/or next-generation sequencing (NGS) is also required.

6. 良好的沟通和协作能力；

良好的英语阅读能力 （能看懂技术相关的英文文献）
