Job Description

Job Summary (Purpose of the job)

Plan, organize and manage the business development for digital offerings in the market, to achieve overall division revenuetarget and other financial goals.


Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

Sales Development

  • To pursue business opportunities with correct key stakeholder identification, appropriate solution positioning and budget plan
  • To make and deliver proposals to customers with explained values
  • To execute or assist necessary commercial activities, such as vendor qualification, procurement activities, contract preparation and deal closing, etc.
  • To develop, maintain and improve customer relationship
  • To liaison with Account Team and Marketing to promote the solution and service together


Market development

  • To plan market development actions based on potential, segmentation and targeting methodologies
  • To explore potential market sectors and customers, to develop new business prospects
  • To define and coordinate lead generation program with support of corporate go-to-market and marketing (including seminars, presence at international conferences, etc.)
  • To build market awareness through specific lead generation program


Strategy & Management

  • To define annual business plan in agreement with corporate management team and division principals
  • To define reporting KPI’s, design and execute reporting templates
  • To anticipate market evolution and competitor activities, through market and competition intelligence


Other sales and service support requirements

  • Support Principals on business development and service offering development efforts
  • Other assignments as designated by Principal or other senior leaders


Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer, MIS, statistics, business, finance. Undergraduates from top-tier universities preferred.
  • 6+ years general experience, 3+ years experience at healthcare companies, preferred at account management, pre-sales work, digital marketing, market research, sales operations, business planning functions
  • Ability to reconcile requirement from multiple sources and consolidate into common ones
  • Strong communication and people management skills, able to guide junior members
  • Good project timeline and resource management, in coordination with other teams
