Research Team

We're currently looking for 2-3 full-time Research Associate for our Shanghai and Beijing office. No prior experience required. Compensation range: 10-12w RMB.

Responsibilities

• Participate in firm’s internal trainings, and proactively learn the skills needed for job recruiting in various industries, such as: finance, consulting, and other top fields
• Communicate with college students applying for jobs and internships in China and abroad through WeChat and phone, to answer their questions and concerns, and ensure students are making progress in their learning
• Assist the team in tracking and managing students’ job recruiting courses and maintain the line of communication between students and mentors
• Participate in interviews, assessments, and managing of mentors, and actively monitor the quality of the courses
• Assist the work of other departments within the firm to further optimize and improve our services and offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred majors: English, History, Philosophy, Political Science，Marketing
• Relevant industry knowledge
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
• Entrepreneurial team player mentality
