JOB POSITION:QA MANAGER
REPORT TO: CEO
Job description
1. Establish and continue to optimize the company's comprehensive quality management system and standards;
2. Comprehensively coordinate the management of the quality department and establish internal and external quality reputation;
3. Overall and comprehensive optimization of quality management system, management process and procedures to ensure product quality and safety;
4. Establish operating standards for raw material acceptance, storage and distribution, and assist the supply chain to implement supplier management;
5. Improve the quality control process in the production process, control unqualified products, deal with quality related problems, and improve the corresponding problem prevention measures;
6. Ex-factory inspection and control management of finished products, including outsourcing coordination of some ex-factory inspection items and type inspection;
7. Inspection of compliance with laws and regulations of product and related product standards and product labels;
8. Manage the information collection of industry risks, put forward reasonable suggestions, organize relevant departments to conduct self-examination and self-correction, follow up the results of problems and verify them;
9. Control laboratory management to ensure that laboratory work and testing ability meet the requirements;
10. Responsible for internal and external audit, and follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive measures;
11. Discuss with production department and related departments in monthly quality meeting and other meeting to propose quality improvement measures;
12. Contact and coordinate with government regulatory authorities related to food quality/standards;
13. Responsible for guiding the daily work of the quality department, training and assessment of subordinates;
14. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
At least 5 years working experience in food or related industry, 10 years experience in quality management;
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene, familiar with national and local food laws and regulations;
Familiar with quality management system requirements, ISO9001, ISO22000/FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP system;
Good communication skills and team work ability, adaptable and able to work under pressure;
Cet-6 or above, fluent verbal and written English is a must,college degree or above.
