Collect instrument quality and service issue and information.

Make good relationship between bio-rad and customer.

职责

Provide commissioning, Pre-installation, Installation, testing and instrument maintenance service for customer.

Provide troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems during instrument running for customer.

Establish and maintain good relationship with customer and support develop future business. Get deal with customer by service contract.

Research and evaluate and upgrade instrument for customer

Monitor and resolve problem for customer’s instrument

Give customer basic training of operation, basic PM and troubleshooting training and basic application knowledge.

资格

University (degree)

Diploma in electronics/instruments or mechanics or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years servicing of LSG and/or CDG instruments.

Diploma in electronics/instruments or mechanics or equivalent.

Engineer with primary application and operation knowledge and skill.
