1. Solid JAVA foundation, good programming norms, and deep understanding of object-oriented thinking
2. Experience in IT project implementation, project management experience with system development
3.Good at communication, good customer awareness, service awareness, teamwork awareness and professionalism
4. Familiar with the project development workflow, and can reasonably control the quality of the project at each stage, and be good at communicating with customers.
5, Can manage and guide software engineers to develop projects
6. Need communicate with foreigners
