Responsibilities/职责:

Operative Tasks/操作性任务

1. Assistance and support in regard to content-related processing, e.g. through independent processing of documents and statistics; order processing.

协助和支持相关内容处理,例如:文件和数据的独立处理;订单处理。

2. Customer correspondence, management of document delivery on the basis of specifications.

根据公司条例,进行客户沟通及相关文件管理。

Administrative Tasks/行政性任务

1. Coordinate and supervise customer visits; organize, manage and optimize office operations; carry out internal and external correspondence in accordance with general guidelines (also in a prevalent foreign language).

协调和监督客户来访;管理和优化办公室操作;依照常规条款执行内部和外部沟通(使用外语)

2. Organize, handle and monitor mail box (inbox, outbox) for the superior or for the team

为团队或主管,处理和检查邮箱(内邮,外邮)。

3. Obtain and forward information from / to other locations. Organize and manage departmental and team meetings including preparation of minutes.

从其他地区收取和发送信息。组织和管理部门和团队的会议包括及时准备记录。

4. Carry out general office tasks (verify completeness and accuracy of business processes, clarify factual situations and differences; compile reports).

执行常规办公室任务(核实业务处理的完成度和准确性,阐明真实情况和不同处;整理报告)。

5. Create files and file documents. Classify, file and monitor written documentation under observance of relevant time periods.

建立文件。在规定的时间内分类,归档和监管书面文件。

6. Compile data in accordance with general guidelines, enter into computer systems and process (printing, saving, forwarding). Prepare numerical data statistically and graphically, carry out simple calculations.

依照规定整理数据,登陆电脑系统和处理文件(打印,保存,发送)。准备文字数据和图表,执行简单计算。

Special Tasks/特殊性任务

1. Organize, book and invoice trips in accordance with company guidelines.

根据公司规章制度,组织、预订和差旅费用报销。


Requirements/要求:

1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business English/ International Trade, Major in Electronic will be preferred.

本科以上电气工程,或商务英语/国际贸易专业,电力相关专业优先.

2. Be familiar with PC Skills, includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., be experienced of ERP/SAP will be preferred.

良好的计算机能力,包括Word,Excel, PowerPoint在内的应用软件;有ERP/SAP经验者优先考虑;

3. Excellent spoken and written in both English and Chinese.

良好的中英文口语及书面沟通能力.

4. High responsibility and detail oriented.

高度责任心并注重细节.

5. Open and good team work, strong interpersonal communication and coordination ability.

为人开朗热情,具有良好的团队协作及较强的人际沟通和协调能力.
