岗位职责：

1.Develops and manages a network of Real Estate connections in the market. Proactively finds new sites, walks the streets and knocks on doors. Identifies the best sites for our business and proactively seeks out Landlords. Maintains a strong pipeline of potential sites always.

2.Is a negotiator. Uses skill and emotional intelligence to negotiate the best deal for AmRest. Builds the relationship with the LL to enable better conditions for the lease.

3.Manages and controls the production of Cap Ex for site approval. Ensures highest quality of data collection and analysis to ensure accurate sales forecasting in Cap Ex model. Ensures the timely approval of Cap Ex in order to move forward to lease.

管理和控制Cap Ex的生产，以获得场地批准。确保高质量的数据收集和分析，确保用Cap Ex模型得出准确的销售预测。确保Cap Ex及时批准，以便租赁顺利进行。

4.Prepare site presentation and submit new sites through Cap Ex Committee according site criteria

5.Upholds existing and develops new relationships with key Developers and Landlords throughout the region. Keeps real estate agents aware of AmRest′s requirements.

6.Has a keen eye for the competition - studies the growth plan and site strategy of competitors, focuses to beat the competition to the best sites.

任职要求：

1. College or above

大专以上学历

2. 2+ years working experience in real estate industry, with restaurant experience would be preferred.

至少2年以上房地产的工作经验，有餐厅经验***。

3. Familiar with MS office skills
