Essential Responsibilities

• Oil Field Service (OFS) China Sourcing Projects tracking and collect the updates from team

members

• Pull out the OFS sourcing report in regular base
• Extend the suppliers into Legacy BHI SAP system
• Submit Quality Audits request through Legacy BHI Quality Management System
• Maintain the OFS suppliers’ dossiers
• Support Daily OFS sourcing activities per need

Qualifications/Requirements

• Engineering Background, Chemical/Mechanical/Computer Science are preferred
• Fluent English skills, for documentation reading, email writing and tele-conference

communications

• Quick Learn to the new operation system and get know the process
• Solid Microsoft Skills on Excel, PowerPoint, IE
• Passion to communicate with internal sourcing team
• Clear process speaker to iterate the standard process to the internal team or suppliers
