1. Prepare monthly statutory financial reports based on actual results and ensure the accuracy.

2. Handle the uploading and analyzing of financial reports in SAIC financial reporting system.

负责上汽集团财务系统报表上传及分析。

3. Prepare the reports sent to Rheinmetall.

完成外方报表。

4. Prepare internal monthly report.

准备各种内部月度报告。

5. Monthly P&L analysis. Discuss budget and whole situation with the related department every month and take relevant measures to excessed budget.

对月度P&L表进行分析。 每月与相关部门讨论预算完成情况,针对超预算的情况制定相应的措施。

6. Assist forecast/budget/board meeting report related work.

协助预测、预算及董事会报告准备。

7. Input accounting vouchers of general ledger timely and accurately, including accrual and amortization.

及时准确录入总账会计凭证,包括计提和摊销。

8. Review account list according to business demand.

定期检查会计科目以满足公司业务需要。

9. Review fixed asset purchase request according to budget

根据预算对固定资产采购进行审核。

10. Create and maintain fixed asset master data，check them on regular basis.

建立和维护固定资产主数据，并定期进行检查。

11. Proceed fixed asset check on regular basis

定期对固定资产进行盘点。

12. Track on fixed asset and construction in progress

跟踪固定资产/在建工程。

13. Assists ERP system implementation and further improvement.

协助ERP系统实施和改进。

14. Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide required information timely and accurately.

积极参与内部及外部审计，及时准确地提供所需信息。

15. Assist in preparing internal control procedures and working instruction.

协助编制内部控制程序和作业指导书。

16. Other task assigned by leader.

完成领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

At least 5 years working experience in similar MFG working environment, preferable with automotive industry.

五年以上制造业相关财务工作经验，有汽车行业经验者更佳。

Manufacturing reporting experience is preferred.Proficient in using SAP and OFFICE office software.

拥有制造业报表经验更佳，精通SAP及office软件。
