岗位职责：

? 全面的景观设计原理专业经验,方案设计,以及细节景观设计专业经验。

? 对于本土植物有创意设计使用的能力。

? 熟知植物构架体系需求（绿墙，雨水花园）以及生态系统（湿地，雨水花园，河岸植被）

? 熟悉长三角市场苗况者优先。（佳）

? 有现场经验，和独立跟业主沟通的能力。

? 出色的视觉表达能力，精通AI, CAD, INDESIGN, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCH UP (或同等),手绘表达能力尤佳。

任职资格：

? 中英文语言能力。

? 三年以上创新设计工作经验及国际公司工作背景。

? 园林设计本科以上学历，景观设计或相关专业。

? 具有开放的心态，对可持续性生态设计有较强的兴趣。

? 团队精神、创新个体, 开放的学习心态。

We give priority consideration for Designers with:

Analytical thinking, effective interpersonal communication skills and a strong collaborative team spirit.

Self-motivation, ability to work independently in a cross-cultural team environment.

• Bilingual capability (Chinese & English)
• Good working knowledge of structural planting requirements (green walls, roof gardens) and ecological systems (wetlands, rain gardens, riparian vegetation)
• Well-rounded professional experience in conceptual, schematic and detail landscape design

·An open mindset with strong interest in integrating ecological life-cycle thinking into design·

More than 3 yrs of creative design with international exposure.

Qualification and requirements:

Hard

• Bachelor's or Masters in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture or related field.

Creative use of regionally native plant material for Landscaping.

Well know of seedling quality in the Yangtze River delta market is a plus.

On-site experience and able to communicate with clients independently.

Excellent spatial visualization skills with proficiency in AI, CAD, INDESIGN, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCH UP (or equivalent), and good hand graphic is a plus.
