• Provide technical support to customer during all phases of vehicle development including: pre-sourcing, vehicle validation, product validation, vehicle start of production (Launch/SOP) and production.

• Troubleshooting applications with issues by working with the OEM and/or Tier1 to identify the root cause & implementing solutions.

• Providing "voice of customer" and new product ideas to the headquarter in Germany.

  向德国总部汇报客户的需求及新产品的创新。

• Working closely together with engineering headquarters in Germany.
