2. 依据培训计划和总公司制定的培训相关制度、流程和操作细则要求,组织、实施内外部训练任务,完成训练相关各项工作
Organize and carry out those training tasks according to the head office training regulations and operational manual.
3. 在分公司银保培训主管和三级机构银保负责人指导下,负责完成三级机构培训需求调研
Under the instruction of branch bank insurance director and the third-level agency director, investigate the training need.
4. 根据公司培训相关制度和当地监管要求,建立分公司培训档案;实施日常培训管理
Set up branch training files and carry out daily management.
5. 根据业务发展和管理的需求,配合并参与总部组织的课程研发,完成研发任务
Coordinate the head office to develop the training program
6. 根据监管机关、行业和总部制定的相关制度要求,负责组织、辅导和训练分公司销售人员完成相关资格考试或认证
According to the monitoring department and head office's rule, organize and help the sales staffs to participate in qualification test.
7. 制作渠道报告和报表:协助渠道经理完成渠道合作报告;根据合作银行需求,负责设计并协调相关资源完成银行报表的制作和传送
Making channel report:assist the channel manager to finish report,according to the cooperative banks' requirement, integrate resoureces for the report form and its delivery.
任职要求:
大学以上学历
Bachelor's degree or above
- 5年以上培训岗位工作经历
5years training experience
- 有渠道销售或管理工作经验者优先;有讲师认证优先;有AFP证书者优先
Those with channel sales experience, lecturer qualification certificate and AFP certificate will get precedence
