Job Description
北京市

70% Administration Assistant work related
1. Daily management of office cleaner and maintain a good standard of tidiness and cleanliness in general office environment
2. Daily management of door security system, office equipment and facility maintenance in Beijing office and make sure it handled on time
3. To purchase and order company supplies, which including stationery, drinking water and other office appliances, to ensure all supplies are received at the right time with right quantities and good qualities
4. Coordinate on office public resource usage and make sure it works properly, such as meeting room and office facilities usage management
5. Coordinate necessary communications with vendors and suppliers. Prepare monthly administrative cost summary and complete accounting section for payment
6. Sort, classify and store all documents to ensure the easy access by end-user
7. Keep all secure and confidential company document and information in a proper way
8. Leverage knowledge of office equipment using,door security systems, telephone system and so on
9. Support and coordinate Beijing officer enovation if needed
10. Support and coordinate Beijing office meeting activities if needed
11. Daily keep and manage company chop to ensure all chopped documents under control
12. Some ad hoc projects as assigned by the administration manager

30% Receptionist work related
1. Receive and answer all incoming calls timely and properly
2. Greet and direct visitors (clients, candidates and vendors) ensure adherence to building security protocols by checking identification, logging visitors and issuing badges
3. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence including newspapers, magazines,letters, courier bags promptly
4. Updated internal directory monthly and keep other office staff on post

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
(Education,qualifications and experience requirements an employee must have)
1. College degree or above, major in business administration, English is preferred
2. 3-5 years relevant work experience in MNC
3. Familiar with MS Office Software including Word, Excel, Power point; knowledge of outlook is preferred
4. Strong English Language skills both oral and written
5. Team player with good interpersonal skill
6. Proactive,initiative and creative working style
7. Mature,intelligent, energetic and trustworthy
8. Has passion and energy to improve systems, process and ways of working
9. Can work under pressure
10. Knowledge of principle of multi-tasks management and time management

APPENDIX

1. Comply with local EHS laws and regulations, RA policy and rules
2. Ensure workplace no EHS accident/incident
