Key Responsibilities/Job Duties
Closely working with senior manager, project team and research & development team to answer daily campaign enquires from sales teams
Determines clients’ desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information and act professionally & efficiently to fulfill clients’ needs.
Analyze various information & data including clients’ brands, products, user profile, user behavior, purchasing motives & paths, to support sales & AM teams develop effective marketing solutions to reach campaign KPI/client’s goal
Manage time, cost, human & material resources, quality and risk, and ensure the project targets are met or even over-achieved under limited resources & conditions.
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including sales, tech, operation, marketing and R&D.
Liaise with publishers and vendors to ensure inventory availability & stability
Undertake various product & project related tasks
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1~2 Years of working experiences in product side of digital advertising industry with deep understanding of digital marketing and traffic characteristic
Bachelor Degree or above.
Excellent English communication Skill
Proficiency in product requirement analysis, and strong capabilities in logical thinking, learning, innovation, data analysis and problem solving.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and results driven.
Analytical, decision-making and management skills
Strong communication and coordination skills, and ability to interact effectively with people from different functions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines and stress tolerance
Proficient at Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in Wechat marketing and Wechat Mini-Program preferred;
Majored in computer science is a plus.
