Job Description

  • Develop and obtain new business for HAVI logistics in the designated region as well as manage and maintain the existing accounts to ensure business growth and build up a pool of potential customer base

  • Work closely with other 3PLs in the logistics field to see if any collaboration synergy could be created for providing total solutions to customers or end users.

  • Achieve yearly sales targets and ensure sales deliverables in line with budgets and business target.

  • Provide timely sales & marketing strategic information and report market intelligence

  • Prepare and develop new business opportunity strategic plans and proposals with regional HAVI logistics BD strategies in line with company budget and development

  • Lead through business development process to lock-in new business contacts, develop business proposals with quotations, draw up business contracts, close contact with customers, and integrating solutions with local operations team etc.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (KPI) by working proactively and closely with internal business partners and to resolve customer issues

  • Work across HAVI Logistics BU in the region on specific projects and development plan

    Work collaboratively across the HAVI Logistics organization; work with the operations team and keep up to date with industry and market knowledge

Have to travel between China and Hong Kong, and Asia countries occasionally


requirements:


  • Bachelor degree or above

    10 years of logistics related ideally contract logistics working experience in business development and sales with minimum of 5 years in managerial position

  • Background and exposure in QSR, restaurants, catering, and high-end supermarkets and food industry or logistics field

  • Solid proven sales track record & achievement

  • Good base of clients to work on immediately

Experience in multi-culture environment is an advantage


  • Deep knowledge of logistics distribution services

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal presentation skills

  • Numerate and possess an analytical approach and able to handle and interpret large quantities of data

  • Good computer skills in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese writing and speaking

  • Highly organized and goal oriented

  • Good team player and independent self-starter

Ability to adapt to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
