Responsibilities and duties

• Design and purchase new testing machine and fixtures for new production
• Develop interface of GUI(Graphical User Interface) for the EOL or Vision tester
• Setup new testing lines and run PPAP to get customer approval for mass production
• Focus on process improvement to improve quality performance(Q), promote efficiency(V) and reduce scrap(C) to meet annual QVC target
• Make manufacturing documents like process flow chart, PFMEA, TPM files etc.
• Implement new production processes into a high volume production environment
• Take leading on equipment maintenance and repairing and give related training for technicians
• Work with vendors on various projects, ensure good communication, and meet cost, schedule, and quality targets on all projects.
  

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering related
• Understand electrical, pneumatic and mechanic.
• Familiar with C++,Python or LabVIEW development experience is preferred
• Excellent in DFT(Diagnostic Function Test)
• Automotive, ICT, AOI and FCT experience is preferred
• High power electrical testing experience is preferred
• Good command of both oral and written English skills
• Develop software/manufacturing test procedure according to company guidelines.
