MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION 该职务的主要职责

1. TP management to drive Tmall sales to deliver KPI

2. Ali relationship build and always explore & get to know platform new trend

3. Support to pitch EC big day campaign, i.e Tmall Super Brand Day, Super Fans Day, ect

  • Colab with brand with EC expertise input on big day campaign proposal
  • lead to pitch the resource in platforms

4. Responsible for FY EC activation calendar

  • Discuss & align with brand, leverage brand resource to build specific EC FY activation calendar in all platforms

5. EC Content & Content Marketing:

  • Review & fine tone EC copy with brand provided assets
  • Quality EC Design
  • Tmall in-platform content (私域: &公域)

6. Fans & CRM - Fans recruit, engage plan - CRM plan

7. Data analysis & Business review


MAIN KPIs OF THIS POSITION 该职务的主要业绩指标

1. Results hit target KPI agreed (i.e. UV, CR, AUS, SALES, Fans increase, AIPL number, ect)

2. Quality execution for platform big resource

3. Budget management within agreed target

4. On-time in-full delivery

5. Manage the complexity across brands & platforms both internal & external


PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND 该职务所需的主要技能及相关背景

1. Above 2-3 years related experience on Tmall business & TP management,Beauty / FMCG industry is a plus

2. Solid data analysis, excel and PPT skill

3. Accountable, Self-motivated and Result oriented

4. Multiple task

5. Learning agile to new things

6. Excellent communication & cordination skills

7. Fluent English
