Job title: ATR Team Lead (GS Country Finance Management)

Work location: Shanghai

Position Summary:

The GS ATR Team Lead is responsible for managing the performance of end-to-end service delivery in the Account To Report (ATR) process areas for MRC serviced. Involvement in management of day-to-day local site operations.

• Develop and implement A2R policies and procedures and ensure compliance as administered in GS FINANCE-China
• Ensures the preparation and distribution of timely and accurate operating/financial statements to both internal management and external users.
• Works with BU and regional GS center on monthly Revenue closing.
• Monitors and facilitates month end and year-end close activities.
• Provides analysis and interpretation of results, along with the preparation of financial and operating reports to provide a basis for management planning and operating controls.
• Provide accounting and process support to BUF on business initiatives
  

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• 80% Review work of team of ATR Analysts/Accountants; day-to-day business operations including JE& BSAR, metrics reporting, problem escalation and status reporting to leadership
• 10% Support Business Partner requests and acts as a liaison with Global Services and Operating Company
• 10% Support actual financial reporting & review activities for specific MRCs CFO/Finance Director

Other Duties

• Supports ad hoc requests / projects
• Supports continuous improvement activities
• Participates in training to increase knowledge & skill
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or above degree in finance and accounting related field
• 5+ Years working experience in Finance roles
• Professional certification preferred (e.g. CICPA, AICPA, ACCA, CGMA)
• Solid working knowledge of accounting principles, concepts (both USGAAP and Local GAAP) and operation process
• Familiarity with SAP and/or ERP system working framework and Excel
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently
