The Plastic Tooling QE will be based in Chengdu，Supply technical support to FAI team , participate in design discussion and contract review, and handling customer complaints. 塑胶模-测量/质量工程师将会在成都工作，向FAI人员提供技术支持,并参与设计讨论\合同评审,以及客户投诉.

Here is some of what you’ll do:

• 参与塑胶模具新项目量测夹具评估，评审供应商夹具方案及夹具成品验收;
• 参与塑胶模具新项目kickoff会,反馈标注不合理尺寸（比如基准标示不合理、几何公差无理论数、位置标示不清等）;
• 制定测量SOP、外观检验，现场指导塑胶检验员的工作，确保符合品质要求;
• 对相关人员（内部及供应商）进行质量方面培训;
• 及时处理测量过程中的异常和客户投诉; 审核FAI、CPK测量报告，确保报告的正确性和真实性;
• 配合客户审核，并准备相关质量文件;

• 1：Attend kickoff meeting to feedback non-reasonable dimensions in metrology(such as improper datum, no basic value in GDT dimension, unclear position ) ;
• 2：Assist new fixture design, estimate the fixture design method of supplier；
• 3：Define SOP and SIP for FA inspectors to ensure quality;
• 4：Training quality requirements to internal and suppliers quality members;
• 5：Deal with the problems during measurement process and customer complain
• 6：Review reports to ensure accuracy and authenticity
• 7：Assist customer audit and submit reports to customer
• 8: Review reports to ensure accuracy and authenticity

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 1. College ’s degree
• 2. Can read and write English.
• 3. years+ above experience in Quality
• 4. Familiar with Inspection tools
• 6. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• 5. Familiar with micro software
• 大专以上学历
• 3年以上塑胶模具公司，质量或者测量工作经验
• 英语能读写
• 熟悉测量的工具，比如三坐标，卡尺，投影仪等
• 良好的沟通能力和逻辑能力
• 熟练操作办公软件
