• 制定ArrayComm 物理层产品的测试方案，设计及维护测试用例；
• Develop test plan for ArrayComm physical layer products, design and maintain test case;
• 开发自动测试框架，维护及改善实验室的测试环境；
• Develop auto-test framework, maintain and improve lab auto-test environment;
• 与算法组密切配合, 深刻理解物理层协议及性能要求，根据仿真结果设计测试用例；
• Closely cooperating with algorithm team, deeply comprehend physical layer protocol and performance requirement, design test case according to simulation result.
• 与DSP及系统组密切合作, 协助完成系统集成及测试，解决测试用例执行过程中的问题，分析测试结果，撰写测试报告。
• Closely cooperating with DSP and system team, assists in the completion of system integration and test, solve the issue from test execution, analyze test result and prepare test report.

• 通信工程或电子工程学或计算机专业本科学历；
• Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Electronic Engineering or Computer Science;
• 至少精通以下任一一种语言：Perl, Python, Bash shell, VB scripts, TCL, C/C#/C++, matlab
• At least proficient in one of listed test programming languages: Perl, Python, Bash shell, VB scripts, TCL, C/C#/C++, matlab;
• 有无线通信系统及LTE/5G协议知识背景者极力优先；
• Wireless communication system and LTE/5G protocol knowledge is a strong plus;
• 有自动化测试经验者优先；
• Automation testing experience is a plus;
• 做事主动积极，开朗，良好的沟通及团队合作能力；
• Self-starter and open minded. Good communication and team work skills;
