Job Description:
- passionate in sales activities, fulfill the sales targets as outlined in the objectives
- Work along ABC customer analysis and allocate resources accordingly, keeping a balanced approach in mind for maximum sales efficiency
- Define customer needs and sales strategy with the team and customise the customer service proposals to best effect
- Plan and lead Gate and Sales meetings
- Support international sales and customers, in China, APAC and India
- Support project analysis and coordinate data gathering
- Develop and build a capable sales team for more customer specific approaches
Support PM and RnD in new product development and market trends and/ or customer requirements
Requirement:
- Completed education (degree) in English or business related subject
- Work experience in project roles and sales functions
- Industry knowledge and international experience a plus
- Technical understanding of our business processes should be
acquired fast through a dynamic approach towards the new role
- Willingness to receive training on the job and self development of new skills
- Willingness to travel
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office suite
- Good English language skills essential
- Willingness to work adaptively (flexibility, diligence, creativity)
- Self-motivated and diligent working attitude
- Attention to detail
