Job Description & Summary

Main Job Scope:
  • Consult PM/LM across Lines of Services to select the best digital solution to meet learning goals and achieve performance excellence
  • Work with key business stakeholders to assess content needs and capture requirements
  • Closely monitor learning records and accuracy of all related reports
  • Collaborate with internal & external resources to meet quality, time and budget criteria
  • Lead the full stream execution, planning and piloting of innovative technology
  • Contact window of Global Digital Learning projects and lead various projects and implementations
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOP) for the use of learning technology across the firm (incl. eLearns, LMS and other systems)
  • Research and provide strategic guidance for utilizing innovative technical tools to enhance both formal and informal development. This includes performance support and mobile, social and virtual learning strategy and tools
  • Counsel and advise Firm Learning on emerging capabilities and/or innovative technical solutions pertaining to existing programs; consult and provide guidance regarding new solutions and applications to consider in support of firm-wide initiatives
  • Partner with the L&D Team to bring new tools into the design of learning programs (across all learning teams) that align with and support the learning technology vision
  • Work with L&D Leader to execute a holistic digital strategy for relevant tools; monitor execution, effectiveness and adjust course as necessary for best practice adoption
  • Drive technology adoption (e.g., analyzing participant feedback, piloting new approaches), bring in expertise and best pedagogy from inside and outside the Firm
  • Collaborate with other learning teams, leading initiatives to enhance and streamline learning

This leadership role is responsible for driving the learning technology adoption and effectiveness by working closely with all related parties across all functions (e.g., L&D team, Firm GTS, Global GTS, Business Stakeholders) to apply innovative tools which enable a new-gen friendly learning environment in supporting our L&D ecosystem. Digital Learning brings all of the capabilities necessary to develop technology enabled learning together, including the skills to enable materials production and management of Learning and Development's virtual platforms, along with a strategic, forward looking focus and alignment with the Global Digital Learning team. The Manager is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and supporting the ongoing adoption of those solutions.
