Job Description
- Provide administrative assistance for the General Manager in organizing meeting & conference and other activities;
为总经理组织会议活动等提供行政支持工作;
- Assist in completing other administrative supporting work as directed by the General Manager;
根据总经理的安排,协助完成其它行政支持相关工作;
- Provide assistance in sorting and reporting of various expenses for the General Manager;
协助总经理完成各项费用的整理和报账;
- Manage air-ticket & hotel booking for the General Manager;
处理总经理的机票与酒店预约;
- Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, proactively handle calls and follow up;
接收和筛选访客和电话,主动处理电话并跟进;
- Support visa application and trip arrangements for visitors from oversea, greet and host visitors including interviewees;
支持海外访客的签证申请与行程安排,接待来访者包括参加面试者;
- Collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents as requested by the General Manager;
根据总经理收集分析数据,并准备报告与文件;
- Coordinate company conferences and events, e.g. annual meeting, etc.;
组织公司各项大型会议与活动,如年会等;
- Other ad hoc tasks to support the General Manager
支持总经理的其它工作。
