Job Description:

• Report Line: Plant Manager

• Responsibilities:

  • Establish, update and continuously improve quality management system to ensure the system operates effectively;

  • Promote standardization of business process;

  • Create quality management plan and schedule the progress/implementation;

  • Monitor the implementation of raw materials/process/finished goods inspection;

  • Handling all the quality issues with customers with proper manner, inclusive of complains as well as other feedbacks;

  • Set up the Quality KPI in accordance with the Group KPI;

  • Keep communication with headquarters;

  • Any quality problem happened, have right to stop production line;

  • Ensuring that quality system, which meets the requirements of this document is established, implemented and maintained;

  • Ensuring that the products with the compulsory certification mark are produced in conformity with the standards according to which they have been certified;

  • Establishing documented procedures to ensure that compulsory certification marks are kept and used appropriately;

  • Establishing documented procedures to ensure that the compulsory certification mark is not affixed on any non-conforming product or changed product that was not notified to the certification body;

  • Team set up, coach and management.

    
    

    Job Specification / required skills:

    • Science and Engineering Bachelor or above;

    • At least 5 years work experience with quality management in automobile or manufacture field, experienced in foreign companies are preferred;

    • Master knowledge of international quality system, rich experience with quality management at production and with suppliers’ auditing and customers auditing program;

    • Know-How of interpretation of different standards, e.g. DIN standards & GB standards etc;

    • Familiar with quality management methods;

    • Familiar with the 5 core tools and skillful with usage of these tools;

    • Certified system auditor is preferred;

    • Know-How of Lean Manufacturing;

    • Flexible, adaptable, persuasive, strong in education and coordination;

    • Solid, diligent, concentrative and serious;

    • Organizing, team work ability and target oriented effective problem solving skills;

    • Good in English, German preferred.
