To be charge of pilot plant food manufacturing daily operation and process control.

负责中试车间食品生产的日常工作和工艺控制

To insure all equipment and process running stable

确保设备和工艺流程稳定运行

To carry out process optimization to support R&D product development

对工艺进行优化调整，以支持新产品开发

To lead trail run process and fulfill RD requirement

主导中试实验生产和满足研发活动的要求

Conduct process research and process relative project

开展工艺研究，负责工艺相关的项目

To be charge of pilot plant document system

负责中试车间的文件系统相关工作

Pilot plant relative capital project delivery

中试车间相关投资项目的实施

Implement improvement actions of pilot plant

开展中试车间的改善行动

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

• Food science and engineering bachelor degree + 食品科学及工程相关专业，本科及以上
• Strong background in food manufacturing 食品行业背景
• Good skills of both oral and written English 良好的英语口语和书面表达
• Good skills of MS office, SAP is a plus熟练操作使用office办公软件，了解熟悉SAP更好
• Good communication skill 沟通技巧
• Good organization skill 组织工作技巧
• Result oriented with flexible and innovative manner 结果导向及创新精神
• Willing to work in an operational manner, good sense of safety and security standard compliance 乐于从事运行生产类工作，有安全及保密意识
