Job Description

The Admin. & HR assistant is the critical link between GL events and all customers, representing the company in a professional capacity at all times. The role will work under the guidance of the HR & Admin. Manager to provide efficient and professional services to the regional office.

行政人事助理是智奥会展与客户之间的关键纽带,始终以专业的身份代表公司。本职位将在人事行政经理的管理下为公司员工提供专业有效的服务。

Key Responsibilities:

主要职责:

HR 人事:

1. To be responsible for and coordinate the recruitment of talents, staff training, performance evaluation, salary and other work of the employing departments to ensure the rational utilization of human resources;

负责协调人材招聘,员工培训,业绩评估,薪酬及员工入离职手续;

2. Assist HR Manager on daily HR jobs.

协助人事行政经理处理日常人事方面工作。

Admin. 行政:

1. Direct calls appropriately within the office;

坐在公司前台位置,处理来电;

2. Coordinate internal staffs travel management;

协调公司员工出差管理;

3. Dealing with monthly bill and apply payment from finance dept. for flight ticket, courier and other vendors;

负责各类供应商的月结帐单及付款;

4. Manage office stationary supplies;

确保办公室办公用品的使用库存量;

5. Manage pantry supplies, include hot water, coffee machine, daily cleaning supplies etc.;

确保办公室日常饮用水,咖啡等设备的正常使用,以及日常办公室环境清洁的维护等;

6. Support any direct mail initiatives;

快递的收发;

7. Support the Office Manager in an administrative capacity

协助人事行政经理日常工作;

8. Keep receptionist area and office clean

维持前台区域的整洁,良好形象。
