岗位职责：

1. 跟进招聘前期工作，发布招聘信息、筛选简历、电话预约沟通候选人及面试官，确认意愿，协调时间，安排面试等工作。

2. 协助跟进并实时反馈招聘进度，对招聘数据进行统计及分析，负责招聘渠道的维护与管理。

3. 协同开展新员工入职培训，业务培训，执行培训计划，联系组织外部培训以及培训效果的跟踪、反馈。

4. 协助其他模块开展工作。完成领导安排的其他任务。

5. 未来职业方向：可往HRBP、招聘、培训等岗位发展。实习期间表现优异的，有转正机会。

任职资格：

1、统招本科大三大四生，专业不限，人力资源管理、工商管理、行政管理、心理学等人文社科类专业优先。

2、沟通能力强，热爱人力资源工作，逻辑思路清晰，能在压力下工作，具有高度责任心和团队合作精神。

3、耐心细致，踏实认真，熟练使用各种办公软件；

4、能够正常出勤8小时，双休.
