HR Manager

Our client, a European company which is a potential and developing enterprise in the Quality Management industry, is looking to identify a HR Manager to be based in Shenzhen and reporting to the Country Manager, Greater China.

Key responsibilities include:

• Execute on all HR operations activities including recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits and employee relation with hands-on approach, for the Shenzhen office.
• Understand and execute on HR plans to support business growth.
• Work with the management team to review and analyse organisation productivity and make recommendations according to the business needs.
• Execute talent acquisition strategy (i.e. talent requirement, job description, acquisition channels, screening, interviewing, evaluation, reference checking, on-boarding).
• Proactively manage all HR activities to ensure smooth operations, covering whole employee lifecycle, HR documentations preparation on contracts, visa application, tax reporting etc.
• Work on team building initiatives with marketing to build an open, communicative and collaborative culture.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of human resources, with experience gained in MNC or culturally diverse environment.
• Experienced in managing small team, while able to work independently.
• Hands-on approach with excellent understanding and practical experience in HR operations.
• Conversant with Employment Ordinance and business practices in China.
• Positive work attitude and high level of integrity.
• Familiar with MS Office with good command of spoken and written English, proficiency in Putonghau.
