PACN Management Trainee 管理经理人培养计划

PACN Management Trainee (MT) is standardized program in PACN for Mid-level managers as well as Hi-Po talents with leadership potential with a maximum of 8 years' professional experience. It guarantees common standards across the PA in terms of training content and development goals, while setting the benchmark for the qualifications demanded of our future managers. It provides practical training to prepare highly qualified young talent to take on leadership tasks in the future.

• Plan X rotation stages during 3 years (one stage abroad)
• Provide Cross-function working background and experience
• Training according to common Business Unit standards to provide systematic preparation for the assumption of management tasks
• Assign Senior Executive to be the mentor for work and life
• Hold stage performance review every 6 months

• Prepare for taking over managerial task in Sales, Technical Sales and Project Management.
  
• Excellent skills and fundamental experience in sales or product management are mandatory.
  
• During 3 years’ program, work on daily business and projects in different departments / locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 year working experience
  
• English competence
  
• Preferred technical background
  
• Leadership experience is a plus
