Qualifications

Education:

• MS or Ph.D. in Immunology, autoimmune disease, oncology, cell biology, and pharmacology or related fields.
• Training and background in immunology, immune-oncology, antibody technology, autoimmunity, veterinary medicine, molecular biology and/or cell biology are encourage to apply.

Requirement and qualifications in one or multiple of the following fields:

• Experienced in RA, SLE, and asthma or other autoimmune disease models and in-depth understanding the models
• Hands on experience and expertise in animal models in oncology and I/O targets.
• Experienced in efficacy evaluation and pharmacological kinetic studies
• Experienced in drug candidate toxicodynamic studies
• Ability to design independently, perform and interpret the data
• Independently to design experiments, generate/interpret data and troubleshoot Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, presentation, and assessment of reproducibility and reliability of experimental data.
• Ability to contribute at a scientific and strategic level to drug discovery research programs in immunology, including proposal and identification/validation of novel targets with demonstrated abilities and/or publications
• Experienced in project management, people management and with CRO communication
• Ability to organize and communicate complex data sets in a clear and concise manner; S/he should be a strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• Well trained Ph.D. in immunology, autoimmune disease, oncology, cell biology, pharmacology or related fields.
• Experienced with immune-mechanistic or autoimmune/tumor models and their application towards PK/PD assessments of drug efficacy and mode-of-action.
• Demonstrated project lead experience in an academic or pharmaceutical research setting and the knowledge in depth for the projects

• Proven experience or publications with biologics drug discovery and demonstrable knowledge of big molecules s and associated new technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training junior scientists is a plus.
• Preferred the candidate with great soft skills including management, organization, oral and written English communications.
